Orders and Shipping

Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Orders are shipped from our central Florida location and will take 1-5 days to the continental US.

You can create an account during checkout. Your information will be stored for easier ordering in the future.

All credit card information is handled by our third party credit card processor or pay later services. We retain the last 4 of your credit card number and expiration. All other financial information is not saved on our servers.

We charge sales tax for purchases in Florida.

Orders typically come in one package. We may ship your order in multiple packages if you order larger quantities.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are permitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are allowed for defective items within 30 days.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will get the correct product out to you right away.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us with additional information. We will provide further instructions and replacement information.

If you need to return an item either for a return or repair, the return address will be provided when an RMA number is issued. We have multiple locations in the US.

If you already placed your order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to have your address updated.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually modify your order. Sometimes your order may have shipped before our system updates the order status. Please contact us with any requests and we will do our best to help you out.
